3. Online Ordering and Account Registration

To place orders through our online system:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

Order Placement

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Menu items may vary based on seasonal availability
• Large orders may require advance notice

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated
• All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party processors
• Additional fees may apply for delivery or special requests

5. Delivery Terms and Conditions

For delivery orders:

• Delivery is available within our designated service area in Toronto and North York
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors
• A delivery fee may apply based on distance and order size
• Minimum order requirements may apply for delivery
• You must be present to receive the delivery
• If delivery is attempted and no one is available, additional fees may apply for redelivery
• Risks pass to the customer upon delivery

6. Takeout and Pickup

• Takeout orders must be picked up within the specified timeframe
• We will hold orders for a reasonable time but are not responsible for orders not picked up
• Proper identification may be required for pickup
• Orders placed for immediate pickup have priority over future pickup times

7. Catering Services

For catering orders:

• Advance booking is required for catering services
• Deposit payments may be required to secure catering bookings
• Catering orders require minimum notice periods (typically 24-48 hours)
• Setup and service times must be arranged in advance
• Additional charges may apply for special dietary requirements or custom menus
• Cancellation policies apply as outlined in section 8

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Orders

• Orders may be cancelled up to 30 minutes before scheduled pickup/delivery time
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
• Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute changes

Catering Orders

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the event: full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event: no refund
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations

Quality Issues

If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, refund, or credit.

9. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur in our kitchen. Customers with food allergies should inform us at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to food consumed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Royal King Pasta & Sandwiches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or third-party delivery issues.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Royal King Pasta & Sandwiches and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any local, provincial, or federal laws or regulations
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Transmitting harmful code or viruses

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
